When you find an apartment that you are interested in, fill out a rental application.  Below you will also find a number of rental forms and useful information

Rental Application
 
You can apply for an apartment with Lubbad Investments using an online application or downloading a pdf application, print and mail a completed application.  Choose the one that's easiest for you. This application must be filled out COMPLETELY or it can be rejected. If two of more people will be occupying an apartment each person must complete a separate application form.
Rules and Regulations
 
All applicants need to agree to all rules and regulations prior to occupancy.  Please review prior to applying for an apartment to rent.
Rent Procedure
 
Please read and understand the rent collection policy and procedure to avoid late charges and possibly eviction.
Co-Signer Agreement
 
Applicants with poor or no credit history or rental history are required to have a cosigner to take financial responsibility for the monthly rent and charges due under the rental agreement.
